Heat transfer study of poly-c PV system integrated with phase change material under semi-arid area (Errachidia-Drâa Tafilalet)

چکیده
The high operating temperature of the photovoltaic (PV) modules decreases significantly its efficiency. integration phase change material (PCM) is one feasible techniques for reducing PV module. A numerical simulation module with PCM and without has been realized. thermal behavior was evaluated at melting solidification processes PCM. results show that RT35HC a thickness 4 cm reduces by 8 °C compared to reference Compared RT35 RT35HC, we found latent heat significant effect on comportment. Furthermore, it resistance layers plays an important role dissipate from cells layer, consequently improving transfer inside PV/PCM system.
